We contracted Helix Medical Inc. for Thermoplastic Extrusion and secondary possess for our tubing requirements for our wand assemblies. They have the capability to extrude single-lumen and multi-lumen (up to 9 lumens) Not only could they hold tight our tolerances, but we were able to utilize their secondary processes for cutting the extruded tubing to our custom lengths. It was a real time savings by not having to bring parts in, inspect and resend out for a secondary operation or be forced to do it in house. Their engineering staff is knowledgeable when it comes to suggesting a solution that will work without the needed extra costs. Helix Medical has become a critical member of our operation & manufacturing team - a very reliable product vendor.

We have used Helix medical for extrusion services for multi lumen catheters. Their extrusion service has been superb with tight tolerances and good reliability. As a result, we have had high yields by the time it comes to our inspection line. We have worked closely with their inspection team as well as ours to optimize our yields and so far we have had great results. Their customer service is excellent and always willing to help out when in need. Pricing is fair but there aren't a lot of people around that can provide the service they do as reliable as they do. Overall they provide a great service and I wouldn't have any trouble recommending them to others.

The silicon tubing that we have received from has been the highest quality silicon tubing that we have ever worked with. There website has helped us find exactly what we have needed. We have used this company in the past for Blow molding of components inflation balloons to ease access in vessels to whatever are in the body you need to implant medical devices. The quality of these thermoplastic molded balloons are in line with our medical device standards. These devices we receive from Helix are kitted in house for mfg of our balloons.

My experience with this company is always pleasant. They provide exceptional service and there's never any issues. I'm sure if there was they would fix it immediately. They are always on top of things and always ready to give advice and opinions on their products.

I've used Helix silicone tubing on number of occasions. Most of the time it's been custom extrusions where I chose the dimensions and durometer. One time they were able to provide what I needed without an extrusion run ( I believe it was from an over run) Pricing is fair and quality is good.
