Overall, great experience. Makes life easier with its automation and reliability. I like how it can do multiple jobs at once, and do high volume print and copy jobs. I recommend.

Strengths: We have Hitachi copier and printer machines. These are very heavy duty and do a great job of massive scan and print jobs. I like how they hardly ever jam (like home printers) and the jams are few and easy to fix. Great customer service too as they have a service technician on site pretty quickly after calling about a problem.

Needs to improve: The paper james that occur sometimes, but I guess that is typical when you are doing high volume jobs.

We recently made the switch from another brand to Hitachi printers. At first here was a learning curve for our team, change is difficult for a lot of people and some machines, but we've grown to accept and like the new machines. In fact they have performed much better than our previous printers. These printers are amazing, they multitask, do high volume prints and copies, they even scan! Highly recommended.

We currently use hitachi copier machines and printer machines in our facility for all our printing and coping needs. They work great never really an issue besides your topical paper jams. They are very good at getting a service tech to your facility to get your copier back up and running.

We currently use Hitachi copiers and printers in our facility for all our printing needs. They offer great customer service as well when ever a copy machine goes down they can get a tech down to your facility promptly to service your downed equipment.

We currently have two Hitachi copiers, one in our office and one in the board room and very soon will be purchasing a third for the warehouse. We haven't had a single issue with them, and if we ever do, the service plan and warranty covers it.

The company I work for has Hitachi printers and copiers all through out our facilities. The equipment is all good quality and easy to use. They have fair prices and knowledgeable customer service that knows there products. Trusted company.
