Strengths: We bought the Mechanical Drilling Machine, Routing Machine and Laser Drilling Machine in the past and i think the name Hitachi speaks for itself.

Needs to improve: They have sound equipment but because of the size of the company and how broad of a market they have their customer support is lacking.

When we are starting to put up our business, Hitachi supplied us the customized PCBA motherboard. They also provide us circuits capacitors,resistors, IC's, relays and connectors that we urgently needed to used in putting up in our assembly. They deliver our orders ahead of time. Aside from their well knowledgeable customer support they make the best tools.
