adequate for normal use. could produce a little faster especially in times when we are busy and more patients needing ice for numerous purposes.

Strengths: Using this product for our patients, size is perfect, for their drinks and for use in ice bags.

Needs to improve: there were times that we ran out of ice and it did take a while to make more, making us go to another unit just for ice. we had it replaced once already and so far this newer machine we have appears to be a little better in production.

When one of the refridgeration systems went out, my company had to call for repairs. The very next day Hoshizaki came out to check the system. The system was damaged due to pure age so they replaced it with a brand new system at no shipping cost. We were very pleased with the little time it took to resolve the problem.

Strengths: Great quality of refridgeration system and repare time is always minimal.

Needs to improve: There are not a wide variety of refridgeration systems to choose from.
