Lockable, durable with adequate storage.

Strengths: Our housekeepers use these new carts to store their cleaning supplies. They can be locked, durable and holds needed supplies.

Needs to improve: none

Durable crash cards with adequate storage. Easily disinfected parts when used. Difficult to maneuver.

Strengths: Metro lifeline carts are used primarily as a crash cart used in emergencies throughout the hospital. They are durable and size is adequate to store emergency supplies needed when running a code.

Needs to improve: The carts do not maneuver easily. Locks on the wheels if parked differently is difficult to access.

Great tvs for our patients. Havent had any issues so far.

Strengths: Some of our newer patient televisions are the lg lcd tvs and their picture and sounds have been crisp.

Fast and convenient. Repair took longer than anticipated.

Strengths: Started using their digital xray machines since last year and it is fast, convenient and can view the images right on the portable machine.

hp monitors we use for telemetry monitoring has been reliable with crisp clear pictures

the product performs well. the tube that delivers the warm air could be a little lighter in construction.

Strengths: we use the arizant bair hugger to easily warm our patients post surgery or as needed to maintain a normal temperature.

Needs to improve: the heavy tubing from the machine to the blanket tend to drop to the floor or weighs a little heavy on the patients skin even when on top of blanket and clipped

Reliable machine,easy to use. A way to scan patient badges would be great.

Strengths: we use the Philips page writer EKG machine and it is easy to use. Also sends the reading via wifi for quicker readings.

Needs to improve: Would be great if there was a way of scanning patient id badge instead of having to type each information

Durable and accurate patient thermometers.

Strengths: We have been using this company's products for many years. Their patient thermometers are accurate and even with constant use, are durable.

Easy to use especially when looking up various new medications, pathologies etc.

Strengths: Google is our main search engine used by us to get updated medications etc.

Pacemaker reps are very knowledgeable about their products, easy reached and very professional.

Strengths: We use St. Jude mainly for their pacemakers. Reliable products meeting needs of patients and their reps are professional and knowledgeable. The reps are easy to contact and are available in a timely manner.

Service technicians that come and gather our medical paper trash have been very professional and are knowledgeable on how to handle sensitive materials.

Strengths: We use their service to protect patient information, for patient confidentiality.

Needs to improve: None for the hospital settings

Strengths: we've had the new refrigerator for our patients meds for a few years now and so far we've had no problems with it. it seems to keep a pretty steady temp.
