I was looking to make intervertebral discs out of foam to help with testing prototypes and found this place called House of Foam. I figured they had to be able to make what I needed with a name like that.
I wasn't sure what type of foam would be best but Bob was incredibly helpful in showing all the varieties they had on hand and even let me try out our device on a few.
Once selected, he hand cut all of the discs out and I walked out the door with 5 ready to go. He was a bit surprised when a few days later I came back and needed 50 more. They had worked so well, that we decided to used them for training aids as well as for sales reps to show the product to doctors. With this many, he did have me come back the next day to pick them up.
Strengths: Great customer service and attention to my needs. Bob listened and made great suggestions
Needs to improve: Because the foam was hand cut, it was a bit uneven but for my needs that didn't matter.
