For some reason every year we would send them out for calibration and they we will always failed the high of the test per lbs. Therefore they would need to re-calibrate the device. but it's it just very odd. We do not have this issue with other brands. As a result, over time the accuracy most be drifting testing 70lbs or more.

Strengths: We have a few of the Imada Model# DPS-110R in our facility. Nice portable device. Easy to Use. Very Durable

Needs to improve: Quality is fair. The accuracy is questionable.

We currently use their force gauges in our facility. They work great we use them to test the amount of force it takes to close the pump door in our medical devices. They are really expensive and very delicate tool if you drop it you could knock it out of service.

Strengths: They have some of the best torque gauges and force gauges for your manufacturing needs and testing.

Needs to improve: The are pricy and forget about it if you drop one of those force gauges.

We're a small assembly and we currently use Imada's torque measuring systems in our facilities. Data and accuracy is crucial to us as a small firm as a lack of causes a direct hit to our bottom line. Imada offers a quality measurement and its product quality withstands the test of time. Customer service is great and flexible with orders. Lead time is fairly quick and pricing is competitive.

We use their force gauges on each and every machine, twice. Incredibly reliable results to the hundredth of a ft-lb. Capable of measuring vertically or laterally. The battery life is remarkable, and the charge time is literally 3 minutes. Still drops my jaw how that works. We also have a torque tester which measures torque up to 100+ ft-lb.

We currently use their force gauges on every machine, they are very accurate and capable of measuring vertically or laterally. The battery life is great as well and the charge time quick. These gauges are worth every penny I'm completely satisfied with the functionality of these force gauges.

I use their torque testers on a dailey bases and they are very durable and also very dependable. Easy to store away when not in use wich helps my work station look very organized! Highly recommended.

The force gauge and torque tester from IMADA are consistently used in my department. These equipment are so helpful for assembly line also to tighten up and/or measure medical devices when testing.

I have used Imada torque gauges for years. They are very easy to use. The analog gauges are kinda old school but are super reliable and very repeatable. Great gauges
