instron test stands are excellent and good quality. i personally prefer MTS systems but have been able to get things done with the instron reasonably well even with my preferences.

We got an instructor from Instron to train us how to use the new tensile tester that we bought for them. He is a good trainer and helped us trouble shooting later too.

We use their intron tensile testers at my work. Great machines. Very valuable especially when your working with medical devices. Always on time with delivering products to us.

Instron makes great test equipment. Many companies I've worked at had Instron's. Their software is not as intuitive or easy to use as competitors. Equipment can be pricey.
