Where do I begin, their Proseries Software is a nightmare to work with. It is a web of multiple worksheets that you get lost in very easily. Their are many different ways to enter the same number which makes it very difficult to know the steps to reach that number. Customer service is very bad and you are on hold for almost an hour before you can talk to someone. They claim that they are only busy during tax season and I tried calling them off season and it is just as hard to get customer support.

Strengths: Intuit specializes in financial software. They make software for professional tax preparation and book keeping.

Needs to improve: Their bookkeeping software QuickBooks is expensive, difficult to use and not very user friendly. Their professional tax preparation software Porseries is also way overpriced and very difficult to work with. Very poor customer service.

We run a fairly small auto body shop with roughly a total of 10-15 employees and use intuit to prepare our taxes as well as handle our payroll. The process for initially setting up the software was a bit cumbersome however the customer service hotline at intuit was able to walk us through the processes. Once set up though, intuit software is an absolute breeze to run and manage. I'm very happy with the software and the ease of handling payroll for our employees. Has made our job much easier in stream lining multiple systems together. Price depends on the package you get but I think all are competitively priced.

When I worked at a small restaurant as a manager, we used Intuit as they way for customers to purchase their food. Intuit makes streamlining of purchases and payments easy. It allows us to easily scan any way a customer wishes to pay and allows us to easily give them a receipt. Intuit also has excellent customer service and easily installs the programs into your computers or other systems. They in conclusion have excellent customer service and are a great payment/purchase provider.

Strengths: Financial Services as well as payroll benefits through Intuit are fast and easy to use.

our accountant uses Intuit for its payroll. Our employees receive automated email from the system and they can view their payroll forms online and download them too. Very seamless system

Needs to improve: When they upgraded the system, our employees stopped getting the confirmation emails. We had to set them up again to receive the notifications.

Our company uses QuickBooks for several years now. It's reliable and integrates with our bank! However, a vast portion of the QuickBooks is unused because of lack of knowledge. Wish Intuit has free tutorial courses

Needs to improve: QuickBooks is powerful but complicated. There are so many things it can do that we only use a small piece because of lack of knowledge

we use Intuit software for our quickbooks. we use it track our sales, expenses as well as run our payroll. they have a lot of add-ons you can use for the quickbook software including payroll (which we use), point of sale, advanced inventory, and financing. everything is online so its time saving, cost saving and easily accessible for our team members

As a contractor I have to do my own taxes and it can get complicated. Turbo Tax by Intuit lets me do my own taxes and save a ton of money. Intuit makes its possible for me to keep my own books and for a small business that is a valuable asset.

Have used QuickBooks at several companies when they were small. Easy to use (had professional setup). Easily allows non-accounting personnel to "keep the books" since it is designed with a simple user interface. Easy to export data when changing to a larger system.

good financial software. i have used quickbooks, quicken and turbotax, and they have all been very good. quickbooks is essential for any small business owners to keep track of all your financial transactions. there are others that are good as well, but quickbooks is a solid option.

Our company previously used Intuit software until we grew out of it, software has limitations as to scalability, but as that is their focus, cannot hold that as a negative. Good for the intended uses.

We've used Intuit financial software at a start-up many moons ago. It caters to small businesses and is quite easy to use. The under interface is somewhat "intuitive" and gets the job done

Overall I use Intuit products for my financial software. I have tried many others, but I find them to have feature set that I need and more.
