we reached out to Ariba's consulting team to help us find solutions to be more collaborative and integrated in business commerce. Working with their team, they have helped our company cut cost, reduce risk, grow revenue through better collaboration. once you contract out with Ariba youll get access to their cloud network called "Ariba Network." this allowed us to buy, sell and manage cash much more easily and in one location. their network is very easy to use, easy to navigate and they even have section where other professional commerce can share info/best practices. this was a very innovative and interesting firm and im glad we decided to reach out to them for solutions

Ariba as a purchasing software works. It's not overly fancy or intuitive but it gets the job done.

Strengths: I've been using Ariba Purchasing software for 10+ years. This software sreamlines the approval process for purchasing goods through your company's purchasing system. Depending on your level of access you can customize your purchasing process, approval flows and vendor information easily enough.

Needs to improve: The software can be difficult to navigate at times and requires training to master. Steep learning curve for sure.

we use Ariba for their cloud and IT services for data processing. their service has extremely streamlined our work process and minimized wasted resources and kept us in budget. their have very smart and knowledgeable engineers backing their services and available for customer support around the clock. we have been very satisfied with their service and will continue to use their IT and cloud services

Strengths: Good purchasing software that allows attachments and approval flows to be routed through the proper hierarchy of approvers. it's great to have email notifications of approval and also to be able to approve via email. However, the addition of approvers is not automated and needs to be managed and updated by user. The site could also be easier to navigate.

Our company tried out the purchasing and approval software from ariba, we were generally satisfied with it and it helped to streamline many of the manual processes being done in house. Reevaluating with competitors to see if there are other tools which better interface with existing systems

Ariba provides an effective sourcing, procurement, and supplier management software that made it easier for us to help manage our spending on supplies and resources because of its analysis feature and supplier discovery. They offer great training on these softwares that help our users get up to speed on how to use this great tool.
