The convenience of having most services in one place can't be beat.
Strengths: Kaiser is on our firm's list of health care providers - employees can choose to be part of this insurance plan. Kaiser offers good rates, and it can be a money saver, especially compared to the PPO plans. Kaiser gets top marks for convenience - everything is in one location and most of the specialties are in one location as well.
Needs to improve: Like with most big organizations, there is a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy. It can take a long time to get an appointment, and to actually talk to someone who can help you.

Really bad customer services in general.
Strengths: Good price on some services & products.
Needs to improve: The Doctors are in a hurry to help you leave, the lines at the pharmacy are always long, customer service is slow, over the phone nurses are always in a hurry.
we recently added kaiser to our list of providers for our employees to choose from for their insurance plan. we were able to get a very good rate with kaiser and some pts have saved over 50% on their insurance cost since last year. most of our employees love kaiser bc everything is in one location and all specialties are mostly in one location as well. they also like that kaiser has an on-site laboratory.

Our company used Kaiser for employee health benefits. customer reps over the phone and in person were helpful, especially with new health care requirement law knowledge. Locations are somewhat limited but in metro areas should be accessible to most. Cost was high, but quality of care seems above average.

our family and coworkers like the plan that is offerred. It is always one of the cheaper options.
Strengths: One stop shop for medical needs. I like how you can get your checkups, blood work, and prescription filled in one place.
Needs to improve: The checkin process could be more efficient. The wait can some time be an hour before you see your physician.
Kaiser knows what they're doing, they may seem redundant at times, but they're just being careful and checking and double checking to make sure things are right and perfect for any individual.

Our company uses Kaiser Permanente Health Care as our Healthcare provider for our employees. Kaiser is very convenient, because they have locations all over. However they are pricey, premiums along with co pays. But overall a great healthcare provider.

Most of our clients perfer Kaiser because they have a lot of options and the prices for thier company is fair. They like that it also has everything in one location. Eye, Lab and X-rays
