Staff is very nice and provides great service. The overall experience with Kaiser can be tedious and involve a significant amount of waiting for service

Strengths: Kaiser Permanente is the contract provider for employment pre screening medical services for our department. They have a good occupational medical facility which provides almost one stop service. Their staff is very nice and hard working. The Oc med group works hard to get you in and out on time and does not cause un due delays. They are conveniently located.

Needs to improve: If you have to leave the Oc Med building, you run into classic Kaiser wait issues. Lab work requires hours of wait time for blood draws and other services. You can get the run-around if it is not handled by a single department. Parking can be a chore.
