we our outsource our mtm service portal to outcomes. they are one of the very few companies that help to manage MTM services performed by pharmacies. they are able to keep a record of the fees the pharmacy charges and received by the insurance plans and what insurance plans the pharmacy contracts with that qualify for MTM services or "TIPs." they have generated forms for us to fill out for physicians which is very helpful. some other perks that is provided by outcomes include network requirements, QA, documentation standards and reporting. they are able to look your pharmacy up by NPI to assist in your questions more directly however their customer service department is not opened on the weekends and operate on east coast time. the medicare STARS rating has been a great improvement for us and outcomes has had a track record of helping their clients outperform the national quality ratings

my company has partnered up with Outcomes to provide MTM services for our pts. we use the Outcomes online portal to conduct our services in house. they have made a few updates to their online user interface last year to make the site more user friendly and a lot more functional. they also have a customer service line that is available during business days to assist. the system is easy to use, easy to make adjustments and add/delete data. I just wish there was some kind of visible timeline for pt followup

Extremely user friendly interface for medical therapy management. Their online portals make it extremely efficient and their customer service is always accessible to address any issues. Customizing is not difficult and anything that improves efficiency in our firm is something worth looking into. Expert staff offer solutions and make the incorporation process a breeze.
