Kardex Systems Inc

We've been contracting with Kardex Systems now for a few months. So far we've sources envelope folding and packing machines from them. We do a high volume of correspondence and found ourselves falling behind doing everything by hand. We reached out to Kardex and they were able to present us with various solutions to our problems. through the whole process they were very professional. Our experience with their service department has been pretty good as they are always available to answer questions. Overall I would give them thumbs up.

Kardex is a very easy to use vendor for many of our office furniture and stationary needs. As an industrial facility we do not need the fancy office stationary and what they sell (in bulk) is the exact economic version of what we need (note pads, envelopes, draft paper, etc). We like how they ship extremely fast as well!

We have Kardex warehouse systems installed in both our receiving and finished goods warehouses. The systems are great when they are functional. Storing and retrieving is breeze with Kardex systems. The just need to work on reliability.

We have two towers of Kardex Systems in my department. We use it for storing, shelving and organizing our document records, sub-assembly parts, machines, components and tools and equipments. The storage space is big and roomy. Very useful for recording, saving and storing your materials.

Strengths: Spacious, big and roomy, useful and reliable

Needs to improve: Sometimes, sensors aren't responding for some reason.

Good quality products, for documentation storage, we also used their chart binders for all the patient charts, before we went paperless. A great company, with competitive prices, accurate quotes, and fast delivery. Good customer service. Highly recommended!
