We are a small electronics manufacturer and ship to a number of customers worldwide. A reliable logistics partner is extremely important for us and Kintetsu is fantastic. Their customer service is excellent as they're always able to navigate around complicated issues with customs and deliveries. Time is money and the longer our shipments take to get to our customers, the greater risk we lose their business. We've had positive experiences with Kintetsu and will gladly refer them to colleagues.

Although Kintetsu is not our regular freight service provider, we do use Kintetsu exclusively when we need to ship inventory to Japan and Asia. These guys truly go over the top to make sure your packages will safely be delivered in a timely fashion. We highly recommend anyone and all other vendors out there to use Kintetsu for shipments to Japan and Asia.

Plenty of forwarder but can't go wrong of Kintetsu, customer service is always able to give you update from pick up and delivery. I recommend this for being reliable service. For Kintetsu i can always assured of my shipments.
