Kisco Conformal Coating

we need coating for our medical instruments. most of our devices need coating and/or protective barrier and Kisco has a specific department that does coating for a lot of medical devices. they have coated our stents, probes, electrodes, needles, catheters, medical bottles and pcb's. the coating they provided us has lasted a long time, many of which we did not need to get recoated. the coating they use is the parylene coating and it has provided pin-hole free barriers for our devices, and provides a barrier to oxygen, moisture, chemicals, solvents, carbon dioxide, and keeps the instruments at a thermal mechanically stable temp. lastly, and moist obviously, we coat our instruments to prevent the pass of disease and we thank Kisco for keeping our instruments in such great condition use after use. some of the instruments have been in use for over a year since the coating and we have not had to touch up. great quality and excellent customer service to top it off.

Our R&D department enjoys innovative products and trying new things. They outside the box and this helps us innovate and create awesome consumer products. One of the more recent things they have been playing with are parylenes. They have been using parylenes to coat everything, seeing how it'll affect various materials, trying to find different uses for our parts coated and uncoated. Just testing it out. They have been impressed most by Kisco's parylene. They have a variety of it and have unusual qualities about it. The R&D department is racking their huge brains trying to find more uses for our products using Parylenes, The surfacing so intriguing that they really want to incorporate it into our products.

Kisco has done plenty of custom coating for us. They have done coating work on most of our medical devices. They have always offered us great extended warranties ensuring there work. The customer service has been great to us. Giving us very accurate quotes! Kisco has been a very reliable company to us over the years and they are a great vendor to go through.

Strengths: We have used Kisco Conformal Coating as a source. We mainly use the conformal coating to protect our PCBA's from high temperatures which can be damaging to some of our sensitive electronic components. Their engineered assistance support is very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive and they have reliable services. Their quality is very good. Their customer service is good and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fair.
