Overall, they are an easy company to deal with and have reasonable customer support

Strengths: We use KYB struts and shock absorbers for patrol vehicle replacement. They are both a direct manufacturer supplier or you can purchase from after market suppliers. We have been happy with their line of products, as they are economical, long lasting and a direct fit replacement for our Crown Victoria Police Interceptors. They provide good ride and handling for the vehicles and are an improvement over stock shock absorbers.

Needs to improve: Occassionally, we have had isolated failure of individual shocks.
