I've ordered two large format printers and countless rolls of fine art paper, canvas, printer inks, and supplies. Everything arrives quickly. Their sales/cs team has always helped walk me through difficult choices, troubleshooting, finding the right time to buy with rebate cycles, and follow up info. I really feel like they do their best to help support my small business.
Strengths: Great pricing, sales/customer service team is very helpful and engaging, providing good front and back end support, wide spectrum of products offered.
Needs to improve: None for me.
