Great customer service. When you ask a question, you get an answer. They supply submittals quick enough for my submission to the General Contractor. They have a lot of experience in the area of anchor bolt and hold down embed supply.

Strengths: When we're contracted to do concrete package work, it's more times than not in our contract to supply and install anchor bolts and hold down embeds into our last horizontal concrete pour. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and works with me to get the correct sizes and makes sure its delivered on time for our install.

Needs to improve: Hasn't failed me yet. (Knock on wood.)
