We had a concrete pour and it required traffic control signage and barricades. It wasn't in my scope to provide. The day before the pour, the General Contractor didn't know how to provide this signage. So the morning of the pour, we went to Bay Area Barricade and they gave us everything we asked for and we made the pour.

Strengths: Great customer service. They're always there to help you out.

Needs to improve: Wish they had more locations.

I can get what I need and get out fast. Great for quick stops and they always have what I need.

Strengths: They have a wide selection of materials and supplies.

Needs to improve: Some of their sales staff are not knowledgeable in what they're doing.

They assumed I knew nothing about automobiles and tried to take advantage of me. Our company was so dissatisfied that we took them to court just based on principle.

Strengths: This dealership takes advantage of people, lies to them and wastes their time. I will never use this company again professionally or personally.

Needs to improve: They have a terrible work ethic. The try to fix one thing and break two other things. Do not go to this dealership for service or anything for that matter.

Great customer service. When you ask a question, you get an answer. They supply submittals quick enough for my submission to the General Contractor. They have a lot of experience in the area of anchor bolt and hold down embed supply.

Strengths: When we're contracted to do concrete package work, it's more times than not in our contract to supply and install anchor bolts and hold down embeds into our last horizontal concrete pour. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and works with me to get the correct sizes and makes sure its delivered on time for our install.

Needs to improve: Hasn't failed me yet. (Knock on wood.)

Great food, nice people, they can take direction for delivery well, but they take there time and a bit pricey.

Strengths: They have tasty pizza and a favor favorite with quick pizza lunches on the job site.

Needs to improve: Round Table Pizza takes a lot time to help you and to get the food to the job site.

I wouldn't buy another HP Printer at least for the for see able future. I can get a better product from Brother or Epson mainly because of cost, ink usage, noise and lack of jamming.

Strengths: Ten years ago, HP had the best printers for small offices around.

Needs to improve: Currently, I find their printers second best. They're not economical with ink. They're also slower than their rivals and noisier when printing or scanning.

I have chosen the Android platform over the Apple platform because it is more universal, smart and since I'm a fan of Google Maps, gmail and chrome, it just makes it that much easier to use.

Strengths: We use both the Apple iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy Android for mobile applications and I siding this the android platform because it my economical than the iPhone and just as dependable. Plus, Android can be found on a wide array of devices, more as than the Apple iPhone.

Needs to improve: I find that Android apps "stop working" more so than on the Apple platform.

I have had no issues with lenono ThinkPad product.

Strengths: At work, I use Sony's line of lenovo ThinkPad line of laptop computer. Hardware is great for the construction job site trailer.

Needs to improve: I've been using the lenovo ThinkPad for about a year in the construction industry and no problems yet. With that said, the screen they use could use a higher resolution.

Microsoft Project is easy to use. It is my go to scheduling software.

Strengths: We use Microsoft Project as one of many construction scheduling programs. Microsoft does everything the Primavera or Suretrack programs does with half the cost.

Needs to improve: Microsoft seems to ride the coattails of Oracle when it comes to scheduling software.

Microsoft excel is a wonderful program. Hasn't let me down yet.

Strengths: We currently use Microsoft Excel for math calculations in my industry.

Needs to improve: The version of Microsoft excel that my company uses isn't web based.

Their Word program is very thought out.

Strengths: For word processing, my company uses Microsoft Word. Word is a great program that is easy to use, you can be creative and professional. It also universally used in my industry.

Needs to improve: The version I have isn't web based. I've used Google Docs and I was able to share and access it anywhere. That was very useful.

The selection is great but the majority of the employees are drones and have no knowledge beyond the cash register.

Strengths: They have a great selection of office supplies.

Needs to improve: The vast majority of the staff has no idea what they're doing.

Only buy one if you're going to use all the functions to make it worth the cost.

Strengths: Big screen, dependable and has all the functions I need to use in my industry.

Needs to improve: For being common, they are expensive products.

Use them in small quantities.

Strengths: The sales representatives are knowledgeable.

Needs to improve: They are owned by Home Depot and therefore have a lot of red tape to go through when you have an issue.

There is probably one near your office or house, but know what you want because they will not help you.

Strengths: Office Depot has many locations.

Needs to improve: The majority of their staff don't have customer service in mind.

They make a great product. Spend a little extra on the model that takes 11x17 paper.

Strengths: The Epson WP-4530 is one of the best printer/scanner combination units I have use at work. It is efficient with ink usage, plus its scanning and printing ability is great. I also found it easy to operate.

Needs to improve: The Epson WP-4530 isn't able to use 11x17 paper.

Currently, Apple has not solved the pdf viewing problem on the iPhone and iPad.

Strengths: We use the iPad product in the field for quick email access, document and plan sheet access out in the field. So far it's a great product.

Needs to improve: After two years of use, the product is unable to the job and need to be replaced. Also, the pdf viewer doesn't work all the time and is very annoying for document viewing and exchange.

I've had no issues with the product.

Strengths: We use United Pet Group Inc. line of Tetra Aquarium products at home and at the office. We have had no issues with these products. Very dependable.

Needs to improve: There are no weaknesses of this product that I can think of. As long as I been using these line of products, I've had no issues.

Just speaking using the television as a output devise, I haven't experienced any problems.

Strengths: When using the Sharp television with Bluebeam software, it's great for recording construction as-builts digitally because of the easy input interface and great screen resolution.

Needs to improve: At times the Sharp Television needs to be reset by un-plugging the unit and plugging it back in. The smart television wifi needs to be reset as well from time to time using the same method as mentioned above.
