Lowes

The staff at Lowes has always been extremely helpful and patient with me when I have no clue what I am truly looking for. They help me plan my project and get what I need. The staff seemed really experienced an d knowledgeable about my projects, something I wasn't expecting from what is basically a "Big Box" store.

Strengths: Great price, very friendly and experienced staff, great selection

Needs to improve: not many weaknesses

We go to lowes to buy supplies to maintain our small manufacturing facility. They conveniently have everything we need from plumbing supplies, tool and hardware. They also have a staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Strengths: Lowes has a very wide variety of tools, hardware, buiding materials and plumbing supplies, good prices and a knowledgable staff to help.

Needs to improve: Shelves are not always well stocked.

Generally a pleasant experience.

Strengths: Nice store layout and helpful employees. We have used Lowes to carpet our office and were please with the price and quality of the product. The customer service rep coordinated the local installer who did a great job. When we did the office bathroom remodel, we also purchased the tile from Lowes. Decent price.

Needs to improve: Not as many locations as other big box stores.

One of my go to hardware stores for last second jobs or if one of my tools breaks in a middle of a job.

Strengths: An abundance of power tools at your disposal that can be used for various projects from home improvement to automotive.

Needs to improve: Not as organized as Home Depot. Customer service is hit or miss.

At my job, if we needed something quick we would always go to Lowe's because they are a reliable source for equipment.

Strengths: A one-stop shop for most applications

Needs to improve: Doesn't carry Honda equipment.

I bought some powertools and I can see its quality

Strengths: Large selections and good quality products

Needs to improve: Limited location
