Tecothane, Tecoflex, Pellethane and Carbothane are mainstays of the medical device industry. I've used all four in catheter design. The range of durometers give me lots of choices when designing variable stiffness catheters. Their documentation is strong, which helps with regulatory submissions.

If you need to make a Medical with a flexible polymer most like you will use a Lubrizol polymer. A mainstay in the Catheter Industry.
