Working with them is a logistical nightmare. They allegedly have locations around the continental U.S. but somehow ship your order from the absolute furthest location (the shipping was nearly the same cost as the product). Thankfully this was for a prototype and a long term contract was never realized. More than three weeks after the order was placed (and numerous phone calls) it was admitted that the order was never fabricated. Everyone has a deadline and one failure in the chain, well... "Professional" Plastics is a misnomer.

We use their plastic rods for developing our new design machines. Really useful and helpful for sustaining the quality of our medical machines. This product is always on time whenever we needed it and the customer service is very reliable and what a friendly staffs they have.

Strengths: useful for developing our device, high on quality materials, strong plastic rods and durable texture.

Needs to improve: We got no issues or weaknesses with it.

Professional Plastics is our qualified supplier for raw materials plastics. We purchase, Delrin material for fabrication of fixture and tooling use on production and ABS sheets for machine component. They have good services and we never have any problem with them. We always get materials on time and with all the material certifications provide with the shipments.
