We have been using maglites for over 3 decades and their products are really legendary. Their customer service is great as well.

Strengths: We use MagLite flashlights as the standard for our construction business. They provide a huge amount of light relative to size and with the new LED units, we get higher lumens per hour then ever before. Because MagLite flashlights are made from aircraft grade aluminum, it is very hard to break one of them. They also have a great warranty and available spare parts. We have flashlights which are over 30 year old and still functioning. We have switched over to rechargeable batteries and this really makes the systems economical.

Needs to improve: The D cell sized flashlights can be a bit big for crawling around under a crawl space. Some models by surefire have higher output and smaller sizes.

We replaced our old flashlights with Mag Lite and to be honest, I liked the other ones better. While Mag Lite has a longer battery life, the overall lighting is fairly dim. The flashlight looks nice, and is easy to use, but the main goal is to illuminate what I'm looking at.

We often need to solve problems at all ours of the night in the most unlikely of places. Sometimes there isn't much wiggle room and/or light and that's where Mag Lite comes in to save the day. Our company makes sure all the staff has a trusty Mag Lite accompanying all service calls. We've been sourcing them for a while because of its quality and service. Can't complain on either and happy to keep supporting.

I use their led hand held flashlight to see in small dark places inside of my dialysis machines when I cant see into the dark spaces. its very light and easy to hold with either hand or mouth when your using both hands. these flashlights are of the highest quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

we use their mini led flash lights in the department to see into dark spaces in our machines and they are wonderful. they are easy to use during a long work day and don't cramp up your hands because of the light weight frame. the price range is also really good as well

Strengths: Great, dependable product. Very reliable and cost effective for any business. Great warranty and customer support. Have been using Mag products at work for many years. Always have a few lights around because they are so dependable.

Needs to improve: Non rechargeable lights can get expensive for using up batteries.

I had to use these for work and i really didnt like them. The non led versions just aint bright enough. The battery life didnt last long and the led versions always cut off.

We used their led lights and the mini mags at work for a while. Really not that great. The battery life was aweful. The led lights started to flicker and go out on us within months. Not impressed with them

These may not be Surefires but they are the best flashlight on the market at the price point. Mag Lite offers a variety of sizes to meet your needs. They'll take a beating too without failing.

We use the mini mags and also led flashlights in our manufacturing floor. They are a great product and do the job well

Strengths: They have a good quality product. They are super bright and do what you need them to do.

When testing mechanisms it's hard to see in tight spaces so we use out mag lights to see everything.

Strengths: Most durable and reliable flashlights around.

Needs to improve: Sometimes you want a bright light but the flashlights are too bulky to carry.

Mag Lite's are the only flashlight we get in the shop. They are by far the most preferred flashlight to use, they are very durable for a shop environment.

Strengths: Very durable flashlights with awesome beam focusing ability.
