Manncorp

We have purchased a dual wave soldering machine from Manncorp and have been extremely pleased with the purchase. in the past, we have typically outsourced the service from local vendors. Although the jobs are not too expensive, we usually had to use soldering for last minute/very urgent matters and were tough to get a technician on site ASAP. As a result, we bought the machine ourselves and the staff at Manncorp were even helpful enough to train my staff on how to use it . This has saved us a tremendous amount of time (and now money!) and are very happy!

Reliable and Durable Machine - Field Service is help and responsive.

Strengths: My previous company use Manncorp for their Dual Wave Soldering Machine. We called it the Beast. The Machine operates 24/7 and the only time it's not running is during the Daily, Quarterly and Yearly maintenance. That being said this machine is very reliable and durable. The software is easy to use and the setup is fast. The proffile can be easily set and adjusted. The operators were very pleased with the machine. The quality of the product produce from the machine is good with minimum rework and touch up.

Needs to improve: None at this time

Manncorp has been my businesses vendor for our stencil printers. They have a wide variety of them making it is for us to always know exactly which one we need to get our work done. There website has also provided us great assistance when ordering because they show the specs of each machine. Any time that we have ever had any questions the customer service has been there to help. They sell the best products around.

Strengths: Nice website layout! Great customer care, and very competitive pricing.

Needs to improve: We have not found any!
