Manpower Staffing Svc

As an independent CPA with a small staff, it is pretty easy to fall behind and I need to bring in some temporary help. I use manpower to provide temporary help with less technical tasks such as data entry and filing. The only drawback to Manpower are their very high rates.

Strengths: Manpower is a great source for qualified temporary contract help. They conduct a very thorough screen to ensure they send over qualified candidates. They also conduct a thorough background check for criminal history and previous employment.

Needs to improve: Very high per hour rates

Good customer service, they were able to staff us with the right staff, without any issues.

Strengths: Manpower was able to provide us with qualified staff, when we needed extra workers to help us turn out a huge order, from our manufacturing plant. They were able to help us out on short notice without any issues. there fees are very reasonable and we will definitely use Manpower again for future projects if we need to.

Manpower Staffing Svc is the staffing agency that our company got and where I got employed that helps many civilians who needed work. Our company used it for filling man power and temporary positions. They are so reliable and dependable to fill qualified person in the unit. This vendor is highly recommended to other! Needs to improve: Per hour rates

We use Manpower to provide us with warehouse support as well as general clerical office work. The workers are always courteous, honest and hardworking. Manpower handles all of the administrative work including timecards, time off and any other HR related function.

Strengths: Manpower provides reliable workers at a very reasonable hourly rate. They also take care of payroll and all the other HR issues.

Needs to improve: Manpower does not really have a very technical worker pool, they appear to specialize in more menial and clerical type work.

Temporary staffing for facilities and maintenance.

Strengths: Can get a person on site.

Needs to improve: More than often the person assigned the job was not able to perform the position requirements.

We contracted Manpower to fulfill our staffing needs at least once or twice a year. During times of heightened workload we need staffers to assimilate quickly so we don't lose efficiency. Manpower does a good job of screening candidates and providing us with sharp talent. Customer service is great. Accurate quotes, solid turnaround time and ultimately run by an experienced management team. Will continue to use.

We use them for temp roles in our office especially for administrative and operations role. They always have candidates available and the onboarding turnaround is very fast. Overall, a reliable company for temp hires.

Needs to improve: Quality of labor pool is sometimes a hit or miss. But for temp roles, all of their candidates have sufficient skills.
