Masterbox

masterbox has two locations in california and they are within the region at both of our facility locations so we use them especially for transporting deliveries within our 2 sites. they provide very reliable service and packaging is always done in high quality. their staff members whether it is the sales team or front office are helpful and knowledgeable. When we send in an order it is usually processed within hours and we will get an email notification from our sales rep that we work directly with from within the company. they provide either same day service (fee for this service is very high) as well as the normal 2-3 business days. our orders have always arrived on time. we are able to tract online by logging into our account via their website. when they have closeouts for certain products, the price is actually very reasonable but in general, although they provide impeccable service, their service is very expensive. we do not use them as our daily delivery vendor. we use them for specialty products like injectables and items requiring temperature control and they have handled these products with care. highly recommend but do not recommend for daily company delivery needs

Strengths: orders are processed within hours and available to be delivered the same day, timely deliveries, staff is well educated and helpful, products available are in large range from janitorial/sanitary products to shrink and stretch film.

Needs to improve: service is great but are a bit expensive

Masterbox has been a great asset to our business, providing the company with a great deal of stock boxes, enough to last us months. The pricing is not only affordable, but the boxes are durable and last longer than most stock boxes our company has used in the past. Wish we found out about Masterbox sooner, would have saved us tons! With their fast same day local delivery and wonderful call service, they ensure your product arrives right when you need it, making meeting a deadline way less stressful! Will definitely be working with them more in the near future. We have recommended Masterbox to our sister companies and they have the same thing to say as we do!

They only have 1 person covering phones for nor cal and their phone calls can get forwarded to SoCAl. Calling from 12pm-1 will definitely get you re-directed to LA. In general they are pretty prompt with delivery. They will charge you a fuel surcharge though if you don't meet a min. of $200 per PO

Strengths: They have a decent core of stock boxes. Their strengths comes from being able to be more competitive than Tharco for kraft stock boxes.

Needs to improve: They are pricey when it comes to their white stock boxes. And they do not offer any custom packaging. They strictly work with stock boxes.

We used Masterbox in engineering as a quick resource for packaging our equipment to ship safely. They were able to get us the corrugated boxes, shipping material, shippers, tape, etc... at a moments notice. Their will call was excellent, had our order ready when they said it would be - a vendor you can rely on to have product(s) waiting at time they said. When we have a last minute need for packaging we will use Masterbox.

Our company has had a good experience with Masterbox ,they made sure all of our boxes were sturdy and ready to go ,everything was secure and tightly in its place when we were ready to send our boxes out .we appreciate how they took care of our stuff as if it were their own and we are very pleased with service and making sure everything was gonna get to its place on a timely manner.

What can I say about Masterbox except that they are a great company to work with. Their sales teams are great as well as their customer service department. Ordering from them is a snap and the products themselves are high quality and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. They have helped us reduce our quality issues due to damaged products arriving at customer locations. Overall I would highly recommend working with Masterbox.

We have been going to masterbox for our corrugated needs for the past few years. We mainly go to them because they are local and offer same day/will call service. This saves us a little bit on shipping costs and time. A box is a box so we don't really know the difference between the different companies, however masterbox provides us with exceptional service so we stick with them for that reason.

We have contracted with masterbox for many years now, we have never wanted to once, change our route. They do and give what we need on time for great competitive prices. They love helping us with our custom work. We never had any major problems with them that was gonna stop us in production.

We have purchased boxes from Masterbox that we use for a variety of uses at our gym facilities, the boxes do not break down and they perform numerous jobs including moving and donation boxes as well as many other uses without problem. Highly recommend boxes. Also, Masterbox can easily make custom sizes or custom orders.
