our small private firm reached out to mckinsey for some management consulting assistance because they are an expertise in our sector of business. although their headquarters are located in ny and we are in Ca, they send and have consultants in our area and we specifically have a single point of contact as our management adviser. our consulting adviser initially came on site for 3 weeks and we now work with him remotely. their service is one of the best in the industry and if your company whether small or larger can benefit from reaching out to mckinsey. they do tend to work with much larger corporations than something like hours however,
