Main supplier in our inspection line used mostly by techs. Easy to use, reliable, and great power. I like these scopes the best because they are easy to calibrate and qualify. We worked closely with Meiji to create a custom spec scope that gives us the power that we need and allowing a wide adjustment range. If theres something that I would have to say is that they seem to collect dust a little bit more frequently then other brands of scopes from regular debris and based on the design makes its a little difficult for us to clean. Not a huge problem and more of a nuisance then anything. Will continue to use their scopes for now and work with them on future products.

We primarily use Meiji microscopes at our company. These units are extremely well made and easy to use. Meiji sales reps have been very helpful finding the right scopes for our application. They have even suggested several distributors that carry their line. They provided us literature so that we could ask for specific equipment. We met them at the MD&M show and they were very responsive to our inquiries.

Our firm uses Meiji Techno microscopes in our R&D labs for various functions. We have never had any issues with their products and they have always been very dependable. Their customer service department was very knowledgeable when we were discussing our firms needs and they were very helpful in making sure our needs would be met. Their prices can be a little higher so but you definitely get what you pay for.

we use to use a lot of Meiji Techno's microscopes in the lab to help us investigate burnt out circuit boards. they scopes in my opinion were very good quality and never got damaged. the scoped cam in handy everyday while we investigated many circuit boards but for some reason my company moved on to another vendor but I would still give their scopes an A+

Meiji scopes are my favorite (and the operator's favorite) for miniature assembly work. They are well built with excellent depth and field of view, allowing for many hours of comfortable use in the clean room. I have used a couple other varieties, but keep coming back to the Meiji's. The tri-ocular version also makes capturing photos of issues on the line for later discussion very easy. Highly Recommended!

Very user friendly and high quality microscopes. The microscopes that we have purchased for our engineers have come with rave reviews as they are easy to adjust/recalibrate and so far the quality has been outstanding. The microscopes we have purchased were just right off the shelf, but we have heard they are excellent at building custom microscopes to suit your needs. We highly recommend this group.

Meiji makes great microscopes. Well designed and hold their convergence with 1000's of hours of use. Pricing is in the middle of range, but great for the quality. If I have the money I go for Meiji scopes. Just make sure you keep them lubricated, as if the grease dries out it is ften more expensive to have them repaired than to purchase new.

Meiji scopes are simply the best. I started my career 20 years ago using Meiji scopes, and have tried some other brands a few times - I was disappointed every single time. The ease of use and field of view of the Meiji's is superior, adjustment is easy and eyepieces can be easily changed to alter magnification levels.

My company use to order scopes frok meiji techno on a regular basis. They have great customer service and excellent shipping. I used the scoped to check for damage on our curcuit boards daily and never had any problems. Im not sure why my company stopped ordering from them because their equipment was great.

I don't have much experience with their microscopes but I have used their CMOS microscope video cameras. These are very helpful when engineers and technicians are working together. While it's not possible for two people to look through a scope at the same time, the cameras offer the next best solution. We can now see what the technicians see.

They're inspected in our R&D labs to make sure they are fully functionalable and comply to our specifications. Very critical equipment. Used for medical devices on the production line. Always on time with receiving quality microscopes.

i consider meiji microscopes top of the line. they are built with quality and are very durable. most importantly, they are constructed with excellent optics, which makes easy on the eyes when using them for an extended period of time. their trinocular version has a “phototube” for capturing images that are great when writing manufacturing procedures.

Strengths: We've purchased several Meiji microscopes over the years for our manufacturing facility as well as our R&D Lab. Their microscopes offer a good alternative to the more expensive brands.

Needs to improve: Most of the microscopes we've purchased from Meiji lack parfocal lenses, so operaters are required to refocus every time they zoom in and out.

I use their microscopes and inspecting equipments on a daily basis at work. We use them on circuit boards and small electronic components for our medical devices. It's mainly used on our sub assembly stations. Works very well during the inspection process. You can detect every little defects in the boards. Highly dependable.

We ordered Meiji microscopes for our back lab to inspect dental work (crowns, dentures, etc.). these microscopes are very easy to use and are built tough. Customer service has always been helpful whenever one of our scopes need warranty work.
