I would call it a neutral experience.
Strengths: Good product in eClinical OS and Veracity EDC systems.
Needs to improve: Delays in launch, despite promises. Awful and obvious misspellings in the database that took weeks to rectify and made the database appear unprofessional. Delays in fixing systems. Lack of communication was common.
