we use mesalab's ViewPoint software for compliance, reporting, and validation. in our industry, accountability, security and validation is very important and viewpoint provides us with that. for example when an employee is logged in and an alarm action is taken, viewpoint will prompt the user to login and provide commentary as to why the specific action is done. moreover, all action and login are time stamped and all commentary left is available for future viewing and is able to be generated like a report by viewpoint. veiwpoint provides us with complete and continuous monitoring that is real-time, reliable, and also has table temperature monitoring embedded. they also offer a cloud solution that is FDA compliant. all their software has technical support included. while they do the main functions necessary, if you are looking for something fancy, extremely intelligent and complicated, veiwpoint may not be the right software for you. for us, it does the job, is accountable, reliable, an easy to use - which is exactly want we wanted in a monitoring software

High Volume - Customer Sevidev-

Strengths: Our company use a lot of their products such as; Pressure Gauges, PH Gauges, Conductivity Gauges, Display units, etc... We use them throughout our departments for testing, building our products and R&D purpose. The quality has not been that good. We have quite a bit of fall outs due to their pressure and conductivity modules failing. We found out that the Pressure and Conductivity Gauges are not able to withstand the heat for a long period of time even though we are operating within the manufaturing specifications. The modules are sent out yearly for testing and calibration. The lead times are aprox. 3 weeks depending on their workload.

Needs to improve: Lead Time could be better. - Problem for their High Temperture Spicifaction.

We have used Mesa Labs multifunction meter (90XL), which is used to measure the conductivity, pH, temperature and pressure of the dialysate fluids. Their meter is very reliable and performs as expected every use. The 90XL has an easy-to-read screen that displays data, up to four sensors. I really like the on-screen prompts, which do provide instruction for the calibration of the meter. In addition, you can set the unit of measure for each individual preference. This meter ensures our own product is performing correctly. Reliable equipment - Recommended.

our experience was great we were in need of a gas flow calibrator and we came here for that . it worked fine and no issues with it at all .they were very informative with their product while we ordered it and made sure we had all our questioned answered .safety is a number one for us and we felt that we had that and it was taken care of because they answered all our questioned . we have no problem recommending them to other companies .

We can definitely rely on these as they help us measure gas flow from our products and assembly line.
