Messenger Molding

Used Messenger to mold complex and precise acrylic parts with liquid stop junctions at a diagnostic company, and for electrical housings at another. Worked closely with us to adapt machined parts to molded parts, and designed all of the molds.

Strengths: Large shop with tight environmental controls and processes. Dedicated screws on request to prevent cross contamination.

Needs to improve: The shop used to be in the SF Bay area, but they moved to Reno more than a decade ago. They expanded a lot, but the days of popping in on them are over :(

I'm not a injection molding person but Messenger's staff was able to work with me o figure out the best way to get quality parts. Their expertise can save time and money

Strengths: Messenger works hand in hand with the customer to get the desired parts. Their in-house experts can guide you through the steps required to get the job done in a timely and efficient maner

Needs to improve: not really a weakness but leadtimes tend to be lengthy
