we have 3 medium sized cleanrooms on site and we use microtest as our vendor for cleanroom testing services. we have been using microtest almost monthly for the past 2 quarters and have been truly satisfied with their quick service, reliable results and data and expert opinion and the solutions their management team provides us. they have kept us under regulatory compliance, and there is almost no process disruption during the inspection and cleaning which is very important to us. it allows us to have less downtime and remain productive. they have a team of highly trained microbiologist. they have helped us to investigate, identify, locate and resolve contamination issues and have helped us to remain within regulations. we have been very satisfied with the team of people. one thing i have noticed is that the team members they do send may not always be the same people and i wish that was more consistent

We first reached out to Microtest laboratories when we began to have quality control issues in our facilities. At the time they were able to provide us with both a solution to continue production as well as services to help trouble shoot what our problem may be. At first we thought this would create a conflict of interest, but they were great and helped up solve our problem be troubleshooting and going step by step through our process. Their team was very knowledgeable with high level of expertise in their area. Though it was a cost we did not want to have, it was within reason and well worth it as the benefits in process improvement have been noticeable. I would highly recommend Microtest Laboratories.

Our firm contracts with Microtest Laboratories to test our medical devices and to provide us with feedback in terms of process improvement to reduce costs and create more efficiencies. With their suggestions, we are able to operate more seamlessly and get more products out the door. Microtest also inspects our devices to ensure that they work according to spec which is really helpful. They have discovered ways for our devices to perform better and we have incorporated some of these suggestions into our products. Very value add vendor for us and we will continue to partner with them.

Microtest Laboratories is a regular vendor that every needs to use at least once a quarter. They do a great job of testing all of our equipment and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. The solutions they propose are always cost-efficient and most of the solutions we are able to complete in-house. These guys will be accretive to your bottom line.

When our go to testing site is backed up with orders and has a long lead time, MicroTest Laboratories is a lab that R&D feasibility testing is sent for medical device testing. They offer quick results and customize procedures to meet our needs. They are always a pleasure to work with.
