We have loved ordered hand and power tools from MSC Industrial Supply over the years. They have the most durable tools offered on the internet. We have also ordered plenty of our safety equipment through in bulk from these guys. The customer service has always made all of our transactions fast and easy!

I've ordered many industrial hand tools from MSC throughout the years for the lab and they have lasted a long time. the quality could get a little better but overall I am satisfied with my past purchases through MSC.

Bought everything for machine shop tooling to hoses and clamps from MSC. You always get the quality you pay for, and they have a very large selection

Strengths: MSC has a great variety of high quality, high cost tooling, as well as low cost import tooling - so you can choose your own products based on duty cycle, precision, etc.

a large catalog supplier of tools and supplies. the are similar to mcmaster and granger in that sense, but probably have a edge in the niche of tools and supplies for machine shop needs where mcmaster has an edge on being a super large catalog of everything.

Nothing really makes them stand out as being better then their competition. They offer tools necessary to any assembly or industrial job site. We have ordered tools from them in the past and always received exactly what we ordered.

We use MSC Industrial Direct to purchase power tools in past for our assembly line in our warehouse. The raw material-metal we needed was a custom size and width and they were able to accommodate on short notice. Their customer service was also fantastic and friendly.

We've purchased tools from MSC. Nothing special to mention here. They do have a decent selection of products with average customer service. Order deliveries are decent. They are quite expensive..they do not price match.

MSC insductrial is our qualified supplier for purchase machine tooling. We have been used them for years and never have any problems ordering, shipping. We always get the order tooling on time. They have great customer service and great policy for returning.
