We use Multisorb desiccants to provide low humidity environments in the aviation industry. They provide bare metal protection for parts awaiting finish coating along with moisture protection for sensitive avionics. They have a wide range of products to fit all of our needs. Though we don't use them, the make products for food, electronics and many other industries. Really easy to work with and great contract management.

Our firm contracts with Multisorb Technologies to work on the temperate and humidity controls in one of our assembly areas. We need the specific conditions to for our manufacturing process to work correctly and Multisorb does a fantastic job getting it up to par. Their customer service reps are amazing. We tell them what we need and they let us know right away whether or not it can be accomplished whilst giving us great, accurate quotes. Our firm definitely appreciates the genuine responses and the quick service they provide. We will definitely continue to partner with them!

We operate a small cleanroom space in our facilities and contracted Multisorb to update the temperature and humidity control systems so we don't compromise all of our research and work. Representatives and installation techs were extremely professional, proficient and pleasant to deal with. Customer service and training made sure we were updated throughout and knew how everything worked. Every bit of control and fine tuning is key in our industry and we were well prepared after contracting Multisorb. Great overall experience and will contract again for maintenance.

We sometimes carry materials and components sensitive to high temperatures, and Multisorb was great to help us deal with our issues. Their temperature and climate control systems are excellent and let's us continue our business without interruption due to our materials being compromised by the internal humidity of our warehouse. Their customer service reps were also excellent to deal with. An overall excellent company to work with.

Strengths: I have had bought Desiccant canisters from the company on a regular basis to control moisture in our product. The company was very cooperative in understanding our moisture-sensitive issues and was willing to design something custom for us.
