When we started having complaints from our customers about our product arriving damaged we started determining what the issue could be. We eventually found that the packaging material we were using was not up to par and this is when we decided to give Multivac a try. So far they have helped us reduce our complaints to almost nothing by offering an acceptable packing solution without increasing our price which we were worried about. They guys over there are great to work with and always available for questions. Would highly recommend working with Multivac.

At my previous place of employment we had an account with Multivac. At the time I was working with shipping food items all over the country. Making sure the different types of food would arrived relatively fresh. From our account with Multivac, I did notice that we had very few complaints. Their products just work and the company was very happy with them. We ran through earnings reports and cost benefit analysis yearly and Mulitvac always proved to be a necessity. Through the numbers and actual distributor satisfaction.

Multivac is a vendor you want to work with if you ship delicate materials and products. Their blister packaging is excellent and can practically guarantee your product will be shipped unharmed to dents, and also unharmed to temperature conditions as well. Well worth the premium to ensure the high quality of your product stays intact during the shipping process.

Have contacted Multivac at various occasions; was able to help guide through the entire process of installing and operating the equipment.

Strengths: Great way to automate your packaging line. The equipment has everything from thermoforming, sealing, labeling, cutter, etc.

Needs to improve: Somewhat difficult to use and operate. Only qualified personnel and use and operate.

Highly recommends this company who is looking for in-house packaging solutions.

I've used Multivac for Tray sealers. They are responsive and have multiple solutions for packaging.
