Neo-Tech Spring Corp

Used Neo-Tech Spring Corp to help develop a custom compression spring for our latch mechanism. By supplying them detailed drawings they were able to supply us with prototypes, accurate quotes and delivery times/schedule to meet our internal needs. They did not meet the first schedule as they ran into a few snags with our design - tooling took longer then anticipated, so the initial schedule slipped a couple of weeks. Their internal staff did inform us of the delay and we were able to adjust our schedule to accommodate the extra time. Once the all the bugs were worked out the parts came in on schedule with out delays or rejects - look to them for a long term relationship with our company.

Needs to improve: They took a bit of time getting up to speed supplying us with a first article for review. and we had to request the paper work for COCs a couple of times.

Easy to work with, Neo-Tech just focuses on a few things and they do it very well. We have bought mostly springs and some wires from these guys in the past. The prices are outstanding of springs, and cannot tell the difference between their springs and more expensive competitors out there in terms of quality. These springs do their job, as easy as that. Will continue to buy through them as they are the low priced leader with solid quality products.

Neo-Tech is currently a vendor we sometimes turn to for our springs that are used for dialysis machine assemblies. We use a 1inch tension coil spring for our pump door assembly. Great product that really serves it's purpose. They can also custom manufacture you a spring to your specifications which is a plus. You really can't go wrong with them so go ahead and do business with them with confidence.
