Aside from minor issues with the actual machine, the Neopost Group offers great customer service. They offer very direct answers when you call with a question or issue. However, you need a technician to come on site - that might take a little longer. Our account executive also does not communicate with us as much as he should.
Strengths: The main strength is that it makes stamping a lot easier, and you get a cheaper price on postage since it is metered.
Needs to improve: Their machinery and sometimes software can be a bit antiquated - I would prefer something more modern looking and not so bulky. Depending on the machine, the buttons tend to get jammed easily or are stubborn to respond to a command.
