Oliver-Tolas really has pharmaceutical packing down to a science. this company has put a lot of science into their packaging ideas providing results that are high quality, innovative,and customizable. they provide sterile grade packaging for medical equipment and pharmaceuticals. Oliver-Tolas is one of our regular vendors we work with in fulfilling our packaging needs whether it is shipping locally or long distances. their onsite package engineering is unique. this tool has helped us to upgrade partiuclar packaging needs, identify cost saving opportunities to help us stay on and even below budget, and also provide material conversions. great company and we will continue to have Oliver Tolas as one of our vendors

We've used Oliver Tolas at some of the large medical device companies I've been at. Unfortunately my recent experiences trying to get them to respond to start-ups has been under whelming. I felt I was chasing them to give them my business. When they finally did respond, delivery times were twice as long as competitors and their prices were more expensive.

We have used Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging for our packaging needs. They offer a wide range of peel pouches and tear pouches. In addition they offer a wide range of materials: Ovantex, Tyvek, foil, film, etc… We have found that their sales force can supply you with samples and technical data to meet your needs. We were able to utilize and existing type right off the shelf, which saved a great amount of time money. They are a great vendor – look forward to continuing purchasing pouches to meet medical needs.

When we were in need of sterile packaging for one of our product lines we reached out to Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging as we had heard good things about them. We were very impressed from the get go with their focus on quality. Not only was their sterile packaging ISO 11607 compliant, but their process of continual improvement meant that we never had to worry about their product failing us as it was already above what we were expecting. Cost for the product is in line with other competitors but when you take the quality into account I'm not sure you'll find a better combination. Thumbs up to Oliver-Tolas.

We've used Oliver Tolas to supply our pouches. We recently had a huge issue with seal failures. Lots of product wasted. The seal that failed was the chevron from Tolas. This was a huge and costly issue. We are currently working with Oilver Tolas to see if they will reimburse us for our loss. This isn't the first time that a company has had this issue. I have known two other companies that experienced this failure. Our confidence has dropped.

Our distributors and clients always marvel when we ship our products to them. They often ask who are we using for our packaging and shipping because our products always arrive safely and undamaged. We have a huge team for shipping and its everyone from our trusted shipper, who we get our corrugated from, our packers and Oliver-Tolas. These guys are an integral part of our shipping process. Making sure all our products are safe, secure and sterile! Quality products and a great company to work with. Proud to have them as apart of our team.

If you need a wide variety of pocket packaging, Oliver Tolas is THE vendor for you. They have a variety of different packages available, of which we ordered a couple - the pocket pouches along with the puncture resistant packages. The packaging worked out great and our distributor loves the design. Oliver Tolas has been an industry expert in healthcare and we were not disappointed. Their sales staff was helpful in helping us choose the right products and post sales support was also on point. Love this vendor and would recommend to any business.

we didn't know what to expect, we have looked through many different healthcare packages, and oliver-tolas seem to have fit our business needs. We are very happy and pleased with the choice we have chosen. Their tradeshow was wonderful and we instantly got hooked, I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for great healthcare!

They are great at providing sample pouches that are to size so function and fit can be verified. The turnaround time for the samples are very fast, usually within a day or two.

Strengths: Oliver-Tolas has a strong line up of products and a responsive network of representatives that are knowledgable and willing to work with any out of the box ideas.

Needs to improve: Turn around time for product in hand. Due to the fact everything is custom made, the turn around for actual product is 6-8 weeks.

A great packaging vendor when you need to purchase in bulk while being mindful on costs. These guys came through with a bulk of packaging pouches at a fraction of competitor prices. If you need no frills regular plastic packaging, these are your guys. If you need specialized packaging for delicate products, look elsewhere. All around affordable vendor.

we use their pouches to package and store our documents in to transfer them our from department to department for protection. their pouches are very reliable indeed and also very durable as well, we order their pouches in huge volumes and their pricing is very affordable and shipment timing is great.

Needs to improve: no weakness

Tolas makes up 1/2 of the traditional pouch supplier duo. Quality is usually equivalent between Mangar and Tolas, so it comes down to lead times. Plan ahead if you are going to use a Tyvek/poly pouch from either of this pair of pouch manufacturers.

I have sourced many Tyvek/Pouches from Tolas over the years. Their quality is good, and they will work with you to make pouches to your custom specifications. I wish they had stock sizes that I could design around, but alas...we always have to wait for custom pouches and the associated tooling.

We have used Tolas and Mangar both quite a bit for production of pouches. Quality of both vendors seems to be equivalent as does the 3-5 week lead times. We have started going to PeelMaster when we need quicker turn-around.

Needs to improve: 3-5 weeks lead time for custom pouches (and they are all custom)

We use the pouches for our devices and they never have issues. We require the dependable pouches and these meet our needs.

Strengths: Great CS and Tech support for our needs. The pouches we use for our devices are always what we need.

Needs to improve: Timing needs work. We have issues with timing of deliveries.

Packaging is one of the last things I worry about, so waiting for 10 weeks for initial pouches just isn’t feasible for me. If I worked at a bigger company or focused solely on packaging, then I wouldn’t mind working with them.

Recently it took 5 calls and 6 weeks to receive sample pouches. Prices where higher than competitors and delivery was twice as long.
