Pleasant. These guys have a great deal of knowledge in metals and machining!
Strengths: Capability has got to be one of their biggest strengths. I mean, this guy's shop is just unbelievable! The amount of equipment he has... and the best of all, he know how use it!
Needs to improve: No weakness was really found on our visit to Northridge. I mean the size of their shop is pretty big, but they function like a small shop. They'll jump through hoops for ya!

They have always provided my shop with great quality products! Have never ran into any issues with them! They are a customers first type of company. Their customer service is a great tool when dealing with them! All of the employees are full of knowledge!

Exceptional, they were able to do what others had tried and failed.
Strengths: High precision, no job to tough and reasonable price
