Omnetics designed a custom cables and connectors for our medical instrument. Their engineering team worked very closely with ours to design components that met all of our needs. They were also willing to perform process validations per our procedures in addition to completing process FMEAs. Overall, our experience with Omnetics was very positive.

One of our suppliers for connectors. The Micro 360 custom connector is very reliable and is a component for our Electrical pulse release system for coiling in Neurology. The connector is at the bottom of the unit is allows the coil guidewire to connect to it for electrical pulse release.

Used a custom micro plastic connector (250,000+/year) for many years for a medical device cable that bridges between a sterile and non-sterile field. Quality was always very good for both the connectors, housings, and loose pins.

We use this vendor les frequently then other like vendors. They do have good quality in the cables and they are reliable. The use is for medical devices. These are complex wiring and this vendor gets that. The customer service group is always helpful.
