On Time Delivery

we reached out to Ontime for a last minute product we needed to be shipped to our vendor over night. when we contacted them, it was roughly 4pm our time. their employee did not hesitate to take our request and was also able to get it to our vendor within our time frame. once we made the request and our order was placed, our package was dispatched within 15 minutes. we were given a proof a delivery and were able to keep track of our package through its route. because this was a last minute request, we also purchased cargo insurance with them which they offer. as mentioned previously, our pricing was fair expensive but given the time request and time frame they had to work with, it was acceptable. when looking at their over fees/charges, they seem fair compared to other couriers. they also offer warehousing and rentals which we however have not used. we did only use them one time but our experience has been positive and our vendor received our item on time. their staff is friendly, worked quickly to fulfill our order

Needs to improve: our pricing was expensive but this was for a last minute overnight delivery. other pricing is fair
