they are great i like going over and getting parts even though i know they will be cheaper at Home Depot. so i guess i pay extra for the better customer service and familiar faces. i highly recommend.

Strengths: great location. at least 5 employees working at all times. very helpful from the lowest person all the way to the manager. team oriented they will all help each other help you. they listen well and want to learn if they aren't as familiar with aspects of construction as you are. they comp me a lot of stuff since i'm there 5 times a week

Needs to improve: wont have custom tools. dont have custom parts. smaller selection of any type of product since they are local hardware shop prices are more expensive very busy on saturday i try to avoid
