We have purchased a number of different pouches from PeelMaster with excellent results. They were able to supply us with a limited number of pouches in a couple different materials for evaluation. Each lot of ordered pouches have subsequently come in on time (2-3 week lead) and cleared QC without a problem. In my experience, the PeelMaster pouches live up to the quality of any other vendor, they just show up faster.

When all of the other Pouch vendors were quoting 6-8 weeks for pouches if you could get in contact with them, PeelMaster came though in 2 1/2 weeks for a custom pouch! Just awesome. PeelMaster medical Packaging is an exception vendor for hard to find sterilized packaging pouches. Not only are they one of a few national vendors that carry sterilized pouches, they carry these sterilized pouches in many different sizes with ability to customize. You definitely pay a premium, but this is a special order and custom product well worth it.

Peelmaster delivered custom Tyvek/poly pouches to our company in less than 3 weeks, and in doing so, allowed us to respond to a serious packaging issue in the fastest time possible. The quality seems to be as high as any other pouch vendor, and has repeatedly passed distribution test protocols with every lengthening accelerated aging times.

we use Peelmaster for our sterile packaging for compound tools after sterilization. their packaging is adjustable but sturdy and their state-of-the-art peeling method offers a tight seal to disrupt particles from contaminating sterilized products. they have clear/plastic front pocket so you can see the instrument inside. this is a great company with great packaging products
