We purchase many items and they always have what we need instock.
Strengths: Our department uses Peerless Handcuffs and leg hobbles exclusively for prisoner restraints. They are super dependable and can be cycled thousands of times over their usefull life. Peerless Handcuff company is over 100 years old and their products have stood the test of time. We have some cuffs which are over 20 years old and still functioning.
