Peninsula Metal Fab

Used Peninsula Metal Fabrication (PMF) to develop a several products for manufacturing, by using their expertise for sheetmetal fabrication to produce highly precision fabricated parts for our trays, card gages, lower housing base, brackets, etc... Sometimes their lead-times are longer and their pricing is higher, but they have a great track record with producing high quality products, which out ways the delivery. Furthermore, we rely on their Quality Department for our FAI, certs, and COCs and they are top notch. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance and very responsive when there are issues with any part(s) being fabricated; i.e., changes and revisions to fabricated parts. They seem to be able to take our last minute changes and keep producing our parts per print.

Strengths: Our R&D department use Peninsula Metal Fab as a source for our prototypes. We mainly use them for our high precision capabilities on sheet metal products and assemblies, fabricated frames and brackets for our prototyping projects with tight tolerances. Their engineered assistance support very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive and they have reliable services. Their quality is very good. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fast.

Our company have been using Peninsula Metal Fabrication to develop several products for manufacturing and have been impressed with the turnaround and quality of their work. There will be times where our orders were delayed, but their customer service team gave us the heads up and gave us reassurance that they'll do their best to get our orders out.
