my company sometimes uses Penske truck rentals to haul our hemo dialysis machines to our local vendors. the trucks we have rented are always reliable and their customer service is always top notch. the trucks have plenty of room to store many products in. the trucks are always cleaned up in the inside as well which makes for a pleasant drive.

I rent trucks several times a year from them. They are not the cheapest place, but very convenient and clean trucks.

It's a good place if you need a truck for more than one day.

Needs to improve: Not the most inexpensive place to rent trucks. In the winter, the are low on vehicles. Slow call back on the phone.

My company often contracts Penske for our transportation and trucking needs. Extremely convenient with vehicles readily available (with prior reservation) and should there be any issues, customer service reps are always quick to address. Their trucks are reliable, competitively priced and in great condition. Will continue to support and happy to recommend to colleagues.
