DHL

I have had things shipped through DHL all with a bad experience. I would generally have treadmills shopped to our facilities through DHL and they would arrive either late or not at all (they would eventually come, just not after they were lost first.) They additionally have a rather high price of shipping and are for the most part not that good with customer service in my experience.

DHL has proven to be a trusted vendor of ours delivering excellent service to our customers. They take care of our products in their trucks. Our products are easy to track and almost always arrive on time. If our customers are happy, so are we, and so is DHL. Customer service is top notch and are always helpful.

Strengths: We utilize DHL for large pallets of computer hardware. Their trucks are reliable and arrive on time to our customers. We have trusted DHL for several years now and have never had any problems with them. Prices with DHL are fair when compared to other vendors. Service is excellent and drivers are always so friendly.

Needs to improve: DHL prices can be fair but they can be more competitive.

The only issue I have with DHL is the packages are not always delivered on time. For the most part they do but their have been occassions when I am on my way out of the office and I see a DHL truck so I have to go back and receive the deliveries before going home for the day.

Strengths: DHL is a company I have used at companies I have worked for and I think they are really good at taking care of your shippment. I never have to worry when we ship out product using DHL.

Needs to improve: They are limited with location and packages don't always come on time.

we ship many components International specially to India and china. we never have any problems shipping or any problems or damages. once in a while we will have a problem but it takes for ever to get someone on the line to help us out and its very difficult sometime to under stand there accent usually if you call DHL customer service you will get an operator from out side the US.
but in I would still recommend DHL for international shipping

After being burned by a competitor we turned out attention to reliability in a partner that could deliver our products. We needed someone who could deliver on time ever time. DHL stepped up to the challenge. The ability to track our shipments is very useful and practical and a good way for us to ensure our items get delivered.The only knock on DHL is the price, but when it matters paying the extra money is worth it to have peace of mind that the product will be delivered on time.

We primarily use DHL for international deliveries, particularly to Asia. They offer the best service and rates, although they can still be considered high. Not a lot of other great choices out there and for the most part DHL has done a good job with the amount that we use them. Would recommend, but for domestic we use one of the other two delivery services you're certainly familiar with.

I will still use DHL but not as often. I can never have one smooth transaction or delivery with them.

Strengths: -speedy delivery

Needs to improve: DHL offers very quick courier service, but every time my company uses them there always seems to be a problem. I don't know if they lose the necessary documents I sent them to be used for my shipment. This actually happened yesterday, my package is finally being shipped after a delay of a week.

all in all its a good service. they provide exactly what they say they will all at a price just slightly more than there competitors.

Strengths: We use them to ship local within the bay area. Mostly paperwork and things of that nature they are fast and on time 99% of the time and have great customer service when dealing with a problem.

Needs to improve: Very strange shipping procedure. not the brightest employees. when calling there is a strong language barrier to overcome.

I ship many products internationaly, every thing gets their in a decent timming. Never had problems with a package not getting to its desitination. I had one small issue with shipping and called customer service line, and got everything fixed very quickly. Would reccomend this to any business that ships packages internationly.

Strengths: fast delievery, great customer service, ships with good boxes. Good shippers.

Needs to improve: The prices could be lower. Other than that, I dont recall anything else.

We use DHL exclusively to ship products to Africa and the Middle East. They are extremely reliable, fast and have very resonable rates. They also handle all of the necessary work to get the shipments through customs. The products arrive on time and in the same condition that it was shipped. I highly recomend their international shipping serivces.

We regularly use DHL to ship our important documents to our clients. The ability to track our shipments is very useful and practical and a good way for us to ensure our items get delivered. DHL has always been reliable and the customer service is on point. The one thing that may be tough for a lot of small businesses is DHL's price vs other alternatives.

They are currently one of the shipping company's we use for all our shipping needs. Our medical devices are very sensitive and it's very important that our customers receive their machines in perfect working order and DHL helps us accomplish that.

Strengths: They provide a great shipping service for company's of any size. Reliable and timely deliveries.

Needs to improve: I have no complaints about DHL they have always provided us with great service.

we use DHL regularly to ship and receive a lot of our dialysis machines all around the country and they are one of the most reliable transportation companies around. they also are very fair on their shipping rates and handle our equipment with care. we've never had any issues with them.

Strengths: We have used DHL for international shipping and they are very informative, fast and productive. Their tracking system is top notch and very accurate. Things are updated quickly so I know where my package is all the time. Their website is also full in information and very easy to navigate. Their shipping service is amazing and they're fast.

Needs to improve: none

DHL has gotten better over the years, have used them in the past to send out important financial documents to clients. For the most part, they have been good with tracking and confirmation. Haven't had any real bad experiences using them for courier services, good alternative to UPS or FedEx.

I use DHL frequently to ship items of various sorts to friends and business partners. Also use it to ship items I sell on ebay. Item are shipped fast and arrive undamaged. This is a very good shipping service

We've only used DHL for shipments to Australia, but it proved to be a bit of a pain. Their website and ways about scheduling a package can be very involved and confusing. My preference is FedEx if I can.

What they are unique is they deliver our product on time and we got good ratings to our customers because of their good service!

DHL is super reliable for international shipping, especially to parts of Asia which are harder to reach and take long to arrive. Its so dependable and we can always trust it to get our packages safely to the other side of the world!

I use DHL almost exclusively for shipping overseas and getting product from Europe and Asia. they are very reliable and the tracking is decent. I have been on the phone with customer service and they are very professional.
