we partnered up with phase 2 for contract services with our medical devices. i believe this company went beyond just being a manufacture we contract out to but rather was almost an extension of our processing. they offer great pricing for their services, their services is excellent and the quality of work and solution they provide is great. working with their materials department, they were able to help us create and establish some cost reduction programs. while most vendors will give you solutions, phase 2 helped to implement it into our existing process and streamline the 2. their engineers in the design team work on our process improvement to additionally help lower our cost of production. all the cost saving solutions still upheld our quality requirements. we have continued to work with phase 2 since our initial partnership and they have helped us tremendously in transition of development and design process to actual production. they only downside is we are located in california and their site is located in NH which may delay communication due to the time difference but the delay has never been more than 1 business day.

Our firm contracts with Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing to manufacture some of our more simple medical device products. Because of their scale, Phase 2 is able to manufacture some of our products at a cheaper price than us, so it makes sense for us to contract this work out to them. Their sales staff was super helpful in giving us an overview on the process, along with accurate quotes and lead times. The end products were great and our clients have had no issues with them at all. Phase 2 is a great vendor and we will continue to use!

My company has outsourced help from Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing. This company takes care of a lot of our manufacturing offsite for our medical devices we produce. They always get the product out on time, and the highest quality devices. Their designs are great, and the passion is clearly there. Prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for. We will continue to do business with this vendor.

Strengths: Great professional customer service. Accurate quotes and fair prices. There customer service team is great at keeping communication open throughout the process. Fast turnaround times.

When we first started we outsourced a lot for our manufacturing. We went searched through many different vendors before deciding on Phase 2. They won us over by showing us what a trustful company looks like and how it is easier to work with someone you trust. We are able to work closely with them, their attention to detail and quality systems is awesome. They actually will do what they say. Although a little more costly than others, you can't put a price on trust.

I have encountered professionalism on every level from Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing, Inc. They were able to take a roughly prototyped product design to a fully designed product with manufacturing considerations through implementation stage. Their knowledgeable product managers were able to guide me through the FDA requirement stages and recommend appropriate testing. I felt that my contact went above and beyond. These are the kind of companies that I most enjoy contracting full service design through. A+

We've used Phase 2 for their assembly services for one of our product lines. So far we've been very pleased with their performance. We decided to give them a try after we reviewed some of their previous work and were impressed by their QA process. We found it to be of very high standard and our finished product was no exception. Their whole team is very knowledgeable and professional. We will continue to use their services where needed.

We have been contracting with Phase 2, and we have had a wonderful experience every time we have had with them. We never had any major issues that paused in our production. Glad to have been apart of their business and will continue for our future of our business.

We've been partnering with Phase 2 the past few years with our medical devices - using them to implement certain aspects parts to make our product more durable and cost effective. Their product managers were able to help us meet our goals and communicated with us regularly - which made us feel happy doing business with them.
