Primus Sterilizer Co.

We used Primus as one of our suppliers of cleanroom autoclaves. We have a very standard facility therefore we did not require any customization but rather, purchased one of their 21 "sizes" of steam autoclaves. We have of their BioPharma sterilizers. Both devices have been very versatile in our company. Given that our company is small, we wanted products with high versatility and their sterilizers fit the profile. it has withstand rigorous tolerance. the steamers have a fully jacketed chamber and uniform load temperatures. They do offer a 3 day training program for clients that we wanted to utilize but it is only offered on site and we were unable to send our employees out which was a disappointment. I do wish they had an extensive training program offered online for their clients who are unable to attend their school. That would be the only downfall. Pricing is fair but do not expect to get a deal because it is not the cheapest in the industry. The pricing is right around market value for these products. Steam sterilizers are their only products so if you are looking for a vendor that provides a variety of products/machines to decrease your vendor load, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, they solely focus on sterilizers

Strengths: huge variety of autoclaves/sterilizers, steam sterilizer comes in 21 standard sizes that fit most business needs but are able to customize as well. All products are produced in the US A SME facility. offers educational programs for clients and their employees offered by means of a 3day but only at their corporate office in NE.

Needs to improve: While they are able to customize products outside of their 21 products, there are still limitations to their customization. Pricing is fair at best but not the cheapest in the industry.
